Abstract

Abstract:This degree work is based on a research analysis on the academic preferences of Law School students and their relationship with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs); the same that is carried out through the study of sentences, in this case with a criminal scope. The spacious studio will look supported by current regulations, laws that govern the State starting from the Constitution, criteria and conventions, agreements between countries stipulated by the Organization of the United Nations, among others; which allows having adequate instruments for the resolution of the sentence and thereby favor the analysis that links it with the objectives of sustainable development. As law students, it is essential analyze and link characteristics and criteria that are valued with development objectives, reviewing whether or not there is a violation of rights in the case that is presented in accordance with the established in the United Nations Organization (UN), being that the ruling in favor or against much depends on the causes, the institutions of Justice and the defense that proposes the legal basis on which this judgment case is based.
