Abstract

Abstract:This paper analyzes the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) established by the United Nations for its implementation by governments, highlighting the achievements, the limitations and importance of compliance together with the General Objective to be met that is to know the factors that come together in the Graduate of the Law School of the UTPL to develop preferences for specific areas of legal science and its future specialization in these. Below is the target related to the number of SDGs. 16, Peace, Justice and Solid Institutions, and its relationship with the judgment of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights Humans of the Casierra Quiñonez vs. Ecuador case where the violation of different rights by the State and how the Inter-American Court acts on this. Last but not least, the reality of the issue of preference and application in the current law, verifying the legal-social contribution of the study carried out for the law, focused on sustainable development. This study focuses on human rights and examines a sentence in relation to the SDGs, as well as their relationship, methodology, rules and reality current, has been useful for research and education because it identifies flaws in the system legal, gives their respective conclusions and suggests some recommendations.
