Abstract:In this degree work, the link between the Objectives and the of Sustainable Development with sentences issued by competent authorities, specifically the judgment issued by the Inter-American Court of Human Rights Human Rights in the Munárriz Escobar vs. Peru case, it is linked to the Objective of Sustainable Development No 16, since the violation of the right of access to justice, legal security and effective judicial protection, Walter Munárriz disappears, therefore, justice cannot be exercised directly against his person, his relatives file a complaint for his disappearance and in the first instance, the authority that knows delays the process, thus violating access to justice and judicial protection to the next of kin, since the necessary protocols were not followed in their detention, it was violated legal certainty, for which reason the Court finds Peru responsible ordering them to carry out actions that repair the damage caused, especially for not abide by what is established in international treaties, where the Rights are inherent to the human being, so they must be fulfilled.
