Abstract

Abstract:The present work of Degree, is oriented in the academic preferences of the students of the Law Degree and its link with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) through the study of sentences, contributing improvements that can achieve compliance with the goals that are projected until the year 2030. Linking the SDGs in the countries helps to people to raise awareness about the importance of each of the 17 SDGs. The Target in which this work will focus on is SDG No. 16; Peace, Justice and Solid Institutions, whose goal is to achieve quality justice accessible to all, without distinction whether cultural, religious or ethnic, this goal is essential to achieving a more just and peaceful, and ensure that all people have access to essential services and can live with dignity, due to this we will study the sentence directed in the branch of Constitutional Law, prevailing, and maintaining justice, strengthening the State of Law and complying with what is dictated by the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador.
