Preferencias académicas de los estudiantes de la Carrera de Derecho y su vinculación con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) a través del estudio de sentencias

Abstract

Abstract: The present research study, titled "Academic Preferences of Law Students and their Link to the Sustainable Development Goals (ODS) through the Study of Sentences", had as its main objective to analyze the preferred subjects of the students of the Law Degree in the Private Technical University of Loja. It was sought to encourage the study of cases and their relation to the Sustainable Development Goals, thus promoting an approach interdisciplinary in the legal field. To achieve this, techniques of legal research, using exploratory and projective legal methods making emphasis on exegetical, systematic, analysis and synthesis techniques in order to have a greater understanding of the sentence studied. In particular, a connection was established between the analysis of a constitutional ruling issued by the Constitutional Court of Ecuador and the Sustainable Development Goal number 4, which focused on guaranteeing an inclusive and quality education for all. This study investigated advances achievements in different areas of the country, as well as identified those that require greater attention from the State.
