| Abstract: | Abstract:The research work "Academic preferences of students of the career of law and its link with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG)" focuses in SDG 16, which seeks to promote peaceful, just and inclusive societies, and strengthen transparent and effective institutions, the main objective is to analyze how the systems Courts comply with this SDG by studying sentences. The research is based on a comprehensive review of academic and legal literature Related to SDG 16 and judicial systems, it focuses on ruling No. 1441- 2019, which deals with the crime of human trafficking. The study will also address challenges that may hinder implementation implementation of SDG 16, such as corruption, lack of access to justice, impunity and the scarcity of resources, it is expected that this work contributes to the understanding of how judicial systems can promote peace, justice and the construction of solid institutions. It is also expected that it will serve to inform policies and practices in the promotion of SDG 16 at the national and international level. |
| Description: | Resumen: El trabajo de investigación "Preferencias académicas de los estudiantes de la carrera de derecho y su vinculación con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS)" se centra en el ODS 16, que busca promover sociedades pacíficas, justas e inclusivas, y fortalecer instituciones transparentes y eficaces, el objetivo principal es analizar cómo los sistemas judiciales cumplen con este ODS mediante el estudio de sentencias. La investigación se basa en una revisión exhaustiva de la literatura académica y jurídica relacionada con el ODS 16 y los sistemas judiciales, se enfoca en la sentencia n° 1441- 2019, que trata sobre el delito de trata de personas. El estudio también abordará los desafíos que pueden dificultar la implementación efectiva del ODS 16, como la corrupción, la falta de acceso a la justicia, la impunidad y la escasez de recursos, se espera que este trabajo contribuya al entendimiento de cómo los sistemas judiciales pueden fomentar la paz, la justicia y la construcción de instituciones sólidas. Asimismo, se espera que sirva para informar políticas y prácticas en la promoción del ODS 16 a nivel nacional e internacional. |
