Abstract

Abstract:The main objective of the research is that, as students of the law career, let us be clear about legal preferences and future specializations; as well as assess the skills acquired in order to have future social responsibility in our profession. The method used is the systematic method of theoretical-deductive type, of socio-legal character with application of the method of analysis and synthesis and the method exegetical with an exploratory legal character adjusting to the projective legal type. The investigation, through the study of the sentence and the link with the ODS 16, allows having an adequate vision to solve problems that arise at the level structure and understand that it is necessary for the law degree to be linked to the current situation in the country and the world. At the same time, several SDGs can help or hinder the achievement of SDG 16, for For example, climate change can act as a threat multiplier, aggravating additional social, environmental and political stressors, conditions that could possibly lead to violence.
