Abstract

Abstract: This paper seeks to know the factors that come together in the graduate of the UTPL law career to develop preferences for specific areas of legal science and their future specialization in them. In this case, the matter of preference is Human Rights, taking this into account, an analysis of Human Rights, the Sustainable Development Goal No. 4, and ruling No. 1016-20-JP/21, issued by the Constitutional Court of Ecuador. A complete analysis of the Sustainable Development Goal No. 4 is carried out, on its importance, the rights it protects, the doctrinal references on which it is based, as well as an in-depth analysis of the sentence in relation to the background, the jurisprudence and the resolution. Regarding the effects that have been had for the fulfillment of the Sustainable Development Goal No. 4, with respect to Covid19, the policies implemented by the State for its fulfillment. As well as, the contributions that the sentence leaves, for the prevention of discrimination of people with disabilities, inclusive education.
