Abstract

Abstract: The Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) were established in 2015 by the General Assembly of the United Nations and are intended to be achieved by 2030, implementing the SDGs to the study of sentences we can analyze the violation of rights and each of the targets that have been affected. The study sentence 2019-66-15-JC of hydrocarbon crimes and their derivatives such as gasoline, diesel, liquefied petroleum gas, biofuels, among others; we can observe the violation of the Sustainable Development Goal No. 3 of Health and Well-being; the rights to be protected are: to live in a healthy and ecologically balanced environment, a safe and healthy habitat, and the right to life. The Sustainable Development Goals are inclusive objectives, which must add up, and we do not want to leave anyone behind, they are a call to all countries and interested parties to collaborate within a framework of alliances and to the private sector to lend their help economy and contribute to creating labor relations based on justice and freedom.
