Abstract

Abstract:The present research work called Academic preferences of students of the Law degree and its connection with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Its general objective is to know the factors that come together in the Graduate of the Career of Law of the UTPL to develop preferences for specific areas of science legal, as well as being able to make visible the importance of the application of the SDGs in the development for social justice, as well as for the reduction of inequalities in people deprived of liberty and other groups that have been violated as a matter delicate and very concerned. To this end, a specific review of the SDG has been carried out 16 which makes a precision to this problem for which it presents strategies and policies that should be complied with, to do so through resolutions, judgments, sentences and other opinions, issued by the different institutions in charge of exercising justice at the time to exercise their functions must take into account the guarantees and faculties recognized in the different international treaties and in the Constitution of Ecuador.
