Abstract: This summary analyzes the judgment of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights Series C No. 355 of August 20, 2018, on Human Rights and the relationship it has with the Sustainable Development Goals, specifically with Objective No. 16, Peace Justice and Solid Institutions on the violation of the rights it protects, in the case of Munárriz Escobar et al. v. Peru, in which the Court finds the State of Peru guilty of the forced disappearance of the young Walter Munárriz Escobar, for failing to provide an explanation that satisfies the Court and the defense regarding the participation of state agents in the disappearance of Walter Munárriz by ruling that reparations be made to the relatives, For the affectations received, since there is a violation of international obligations, as well as local, which must be respected by the member states, of organizations that protect the rights of people, and that human rights, so establishes.
