Abstract:This Graduation Work focuses on carrying out the study to provide the services of community internet ISP in Shushilcon community. The main objective of this network community is to provide service to the community and encourage the participation of its members in all parts of network development. To carry out this research, the cascade methodology has been used due to its sequential and linear nature for project management. The network has been designed using a mesh topology, which means that each node is connected to several other nodes. This structure is highly redundant and resistant to failures. To establish the links, mANT30 Mikrotik parabolic directional antennas have been used on the Chiripungo hill and the Shushilcon community, together with the multi-panel sector antenna Manto19S as signal distributor to homes. Radio reception equipment NetMetal 5 Triple emit and receive signal, the Mikrotik RouterBoard RB3011 UiAS-RM is used to manage the community ISP. In each home, an LHG2 Mikrotik satellite dish will be installed to capture the signal from the multi-panel sector antenna, and Tp-link Wi-Fi routers will be used to manage home network. An assignment of IP addresses has been made for both the antennas and the routers, optimizing them using VLSM. For the assignment of IP addresses to homes, it has been used DHCP. Finally, an economic study of the community ISP has been carried out by calculating of the VAN and the TIR. These calculations will determine if the project is profitable and feasible in the long term. term.
