Abstract

Abstract:This case study analyzes the phrase "Review of guarantees" in the face of lack of attention health care to pregnant women in the IESS hospital and is related to the Objective Sustainable Development No. 3 -SDG 3-, related to health and well-being . HE examined various legal documents in conducting this case study, including the Ecuadorian Constitution, the Organic Law of the Jurisdiction, the Law for the Protection of Patients, the Social Security Law, the Law for the Prevention and Eradication of Violence against Women. Universal Declaration of Human Rights, Treaty Inter-American of Belém do Para, etc. Based on the aforementioned information, a critical analysis of the failure was carried out executed by the judges, and, in addition, several bibliographical sources were examined related to SDG 3, with the help of which the sentence could be linked. Saying purpose led to its integration with the constitution to assess whether the skills learned in this subject they help to solve the legal problems that arise in society.
