Abstract: The present research work is aimed at determining the level of learning of the different contents, of the area of ​​law, at the same time the investigative level and of legal analysis of sentences, which are constituted as jurisprudential precedents and link with one of the Sustainable Development Goals, SDGs. that reflects reality expressed in the sentence and choose a specific matter of the preferential right of the student. Work is a right enshrined in our Constitution and the instruments international human rights, where Ecuador is part. Through SDG eight My research will be based on goal eight point five, he tells us about the work disability inclusive; In our legal system, the extraordinary action of protection, is constituted as the constitutional mechanism of guarantee, against sentences, final orders and resolutions with the force of sentence, from which they originate violations of due process and legal security; fundamentally to determine if in the sentence there is due motivation in the rulings issued by the different chambers and judges who preside over them.
