Preferencias académicas de los estudiantes de la carrera de Derecho y su vinculación con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) a través del estudio de sentencias

Abstract

Abstract:The present investigative study had as general objective to know the factors that come together in the Graduate of the Law School of the UTPL to develop preferences by specific areas of legal science and their future specialization in these. The The investigation was carried out in the city of Nueva Loja, Lago Agrio Canton of the Province of succumb. The methods used for the development of the investigation were the systematic, theoretical-deductive, socio-legal, analytical, synthetic and exegetical. The techniques used for the development of the titling work were the signing and the study of sentences through online research, using the Virtual Learning Environment (EVA) of the UTPL. The analysis of a sentence emanating from the Constitutional Court of the Ecuador, which establishes the parameters to follow in relation to the action of Habeas Corpus. Finally, it was concluded that the competences learned by the students in the different subjects and especially Criminal Law, taught by the UTPL, allow us to contribute to solve global legal problems.
