Abstract

Abstract: The present degree work, called "Academic preferences of students of the Law Degree and its link with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), through the study of sentences", is oriented so that the students of the career of Law can analyze whether conflicts, insecurity, weak institutions and access to justice continue to pose a serious threat to sustainable development. In the present investigation we will address, through doctrine and jurisprudence, the study of constitutional rights that are being violated in relation to deprived of freedom by denying them the right to health because there are no favorable conditions and implements appropriate in centers of deprivation of liberty. The centers of deprivation of liberty that integrate the system of social rehabilitation at do not have a correct management of protocols to follow nor do they have the support of the system of public health at the national level so that those deprived of liberty who suffer from diseases catastrophic or serious health problems are unable to access necessary treatment in the face of serious conditions that can only be performed outside the center. This paper analyzes how the action of habeas corpus can be activated to correct situations harmful to the right to health of the person deprived of liberty and provide immediate medical attention, to safeguard the violated rights contemplated in the SDG No. 16. The purpose of this paper is to establish conclusions and recommendations that can be used in the field of Criminal Law in relation to the subject investigated and Sustainable Development Goal No. 16.
