| Abstract: | Abstract: This research work includes the analysis of academic preferences of the students of the Law Degree and its connection with the Development Objectives Sustainable (SDG) through the study of sentences. We proceeded with the selection of the SDG number 16 that includes achieving peace, justice and solid institutions, with this in mind, the sentence of the Constitutional Court of Ecuador No. 13-18-CN/21 was selected, which deals with the analysis of a case on criminal matters where the rights are concerned Constitutions of minors. This aspect is directly relevant to achieve the development of just societies and solid institutions. This analysis allows achieve better analytical and formative skills for the law student in general. |
| Description: | Resumen: El presente trabajo de investigación comprende el análisis de las preferencias académicas de los estudiantes de la Carrera de Derecho y su vinculación con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) a través del estudio de sentencias. Se procedió con la selección del ODS número 16 que comprende alcanzar la paz, justicia e instituciones sólidas, con esto en mente, se seleccionó la sentencia de la Corte Constitucional del Ecuador No. 13-18-CN/21 que aborda el análisis de un caso sobre materia penal en donde versan los derechos constitucionales de los menores de edad. Este aspecto posee una relevancia directa sobre alcanzar el desarrollo de sociedades justas e instituciones sólidas. Este análisis permite alcanzar mejores aptitudes analíticas y formativas para el estudiante de derecho en general. |
