Abstract

Abstract: The present titling work is based on the need to carry out an investigation based on students' academic preferences and should be related to the Sustainable Development Goals, according to the theme and SDG No. 3 defined as health. Work is purpose oriented, all college students, especially those of the Law Degree, we must comply and enforce these objectives, which are defined as "a universal call to protect the planet and ensure that all people enjoy health, peace and prosperity by 2030 . Next, a case study is proposed with a sentence issued by the Court Constitutional Court of Ecuador in the year 2021, that is, it is a guarantee sentence constitutional; which refers to a protective action. The research narrates the compliance, and irregularities that exist today worldwide, at the time of access to the Right to health as well as exposed by SDG 3 health and well-being, will hand in hand, to guarantee equity, quality and justice.
