| Abstract: | Abstract: This research analyzes how weak institutions, inadequate access to justice, and the violation of the rights of people from priority groups, affect the compliance with the Sustainable Development Goals, which is why it will be analyzed in said sentence since as a topic of the present work it was called "Preferences of the students of the Law Degree and its connection with the Objectives of Sustainable Development (SDG), through the study of sentences (the SDGs were adopted by the United Nations in 2015), with the purpose that students of right can achieve that arduous task of completing the Development Goals (SDG), which is why in the analysis, which is going to be carried out on the sentence in mention, the violation of the rights of a priority care group will be evidenced, the present judgment investigated Judgment No. 365-18-JH/21, several inconsistencies in the justice apparatus, and not only there but everything that has to do with Penitentiary Security, which is currently the SNAI, is clearly evidenced in virtue of 5 constitutional actions (Rapporteurship File No. 365-18-JH/21 | Portal of Constitutional Services. |
| Description: | Resumen: En esta investigación se analiza cómo las instituciones débiles, el inadecuado acceso a la justicia, y la vulneración de los derechos en personas de grupos prioritarios, afectan a el cumplimiento de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible, es por ello que se va a analizar en dicha sentencia ya que como tema del presente trabajo se denominó Preferencias académicas de los estudiantes de la Carrera de Derecho y su vinculación con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS), a través del estudio de sentencias (los ODS fueron adoptados por las Naciones Unidas en el año 2015), con la finalidad que los estudiantes de derecho puedan alcanzar esa ardua tarea sobre completar los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS), es por ello que en el análisis, que se va a realizar sobre la sentencia en mención, se va a evidenciar la vulneración de derechos a un grupo de atención prioritaria, la presente sentencia investigada Sentencia Nro. 365-18-JH/21, se evidenciara varias inconsistencias en el aparataje de justicia, y no únicamente ahí sino todo lo que tiene que ver con Seguridad Penitenciaria, lo que actualmente es el SNAI, se evidencia claramente en virtud de 5 acciones constitucionales(Ficha de Relatoría No. 365-18-JH/21 | Portal de Servicios Constitucionales. |
