Abstract

Abstract: The research focuses on the academic preferences of the students of the career of Law and its link with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) through the study of sentences, in this sense, the main objective is to know the factors that come together in the Graduate of the Law School of the UTPL to develop preferences for specific areas of Legal Sciences and future specialization in Administrative law. The methodology is systemic, quantitative approach, modality documentary, logical reasoning methods such as deductive, analytical and synthetic on the information collected through the theoretical, legal and doctrinal bases that support the Sustainable Development Goals, SDG No. 16 and the protected rights such as effective protection and due process. The study is based on the analysis to Judgment No. 11804-2018-00292 issued by the National Court of Justice, referring to the Administrative Law and analyzed by the Specialized Chamber of Litigation administrative. Vices were observed in terms of the lack of motivation as established in the Article 268 of the COGEP.
