Abstract

Abstract: This research has been carried out with the purpose of presenting an analysis on the judgment No. 456-20-JP/21, where a student forwarded intimate photos of a classmate by means of a cell phone, receiving a sanction that is analyzed by the Constitutional Court from Ecuador. The investigation begins with the analysis of the Sustainable Development Goal 4, because it is linked to the case, since the forwarding of intimate photos, an action that is called sexting, it is carried out in an educational environment and the first sanction is imposed by the school where they study the minors involved. The importance of SDG 4 is highlighted, your rights supervised: Quality Education and Cultural Identity, its importance as an objective transversal, progress and results. From an analytical and critical point of view, the investigation continues with the study of the sentence, where the Constitutional Court of Ecuador accepted the action of protection and revoking the decision of the judge of the Criminal Judicial Unit and whose importance beyond the decision lies in the definitions exposed on sexting, as well as the effects of the judgment.
