Abstract

Abstract: The object of criminal law is the legal science established by a State, which associates the crime in execution with the penalty in the consequent violation of the law. Therefore, the axis of the investigation is to verify that the law is applied according to the crime committed, without affecting any of the parties. The problem of the cassation sentence, in criminal law, deals with a murder of his descendant, here it is identified if the sentence was fair, according to the crime mission, the law and other applicable regulations. The objective of this work is to identify the academic preferences of the students of the Law Degree and its link with the Sustainable Development Goals (ODS) through a sentencing study. The methodology used to formulate this graduation work is descriptive, the systematic, the theoretical - deductive method to review legal norms and their doctrines, and the method of analysis and synthesis in order to better understand and analyze way the Sustainable Development Goals.
