Abstract:The following investigation is to analyze Judgment No. 1504-14-EP, the same one that is issued by the Constitutional Court of Ecuador, in relation to the Development Objective Sustainable 16 which refers to Peace, Justice and Solid Institutions. The purpose or General objective of this research is to know all the factors that come together in the Graduates of the Law School of the Private Technical University of Loja UTPL is to develop preferences for specific areas within the Legal Sciences and that of their future specialization in these. Among the main results of this Investigation is the Judgment analyzed which lies and has its incidence in Constitutional Law and that in its guidelines based that; due to connection, it alleges that the rights to the effective judicial protection and due process in the guarantee of motivation established in articles 75 and 76 numeral 7 literal 1; which is to guarantee equality between its inhabitants, in addition, that they feel free from situations that affect their development or including his life; situation that can be observed in this investigation.
