Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this curricular integration work is to analyze the objectives of sustainable development of the 2030 agenda proposed by the organization of nations united, its precedents, its objectives and its vision for the future with a society that was mainly affected by the covid 19 pandemic, in turn, at work they are looking for, by selecting one of the 17 objectives included in the agenda, linking it with the study of one of the sentences issued within our country, which, within this work is about objective number 8 within which the "full and productivity and decent work for everyone", together with its relationship with the Judgment No. 986-19-JP/21 within which, the main theme focuses on the matter of law and therefore, the workplace harassment presented in four cases analyzed in the judgment of protective action. This work in turn, by linking the objective of sustainable development and, the analysis of the sentence, seeks to give a perspective both global as a national regarding the work environment.
