| Abstract: | Abstract:This document raises the study of a judgment based on the Law Constitutional, emphasizing the academic preferences of the students of the Law career of the UTPL, in relation to the objective of sustainable development (SDG) number 15 that refers to the life of the terrestrial ecosystem. After this, the sentence Case N. 22-18-IN that deals with the unconstitutionality of of several norms of the Organic Code of the Environment in relation to mangroves, monocultures, the rights of nature and on the regulation of the right to consultation prior and environmental consultation, according to this ensures respect for the rights of the supreme norm the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador. |
| Description: | Resumen: El presente documento plantea el estudio de una sentencia basada en el Derecho Constitucional, haciendo énfasis en las preferencias académicas de los estudiantes de la carrera de Derecho de la UTPL, en relación con el objetivo de desarrollo sostenible (ODS) número 15 que refiere a la vida de ecosistema terrestre. Luego de esto se analizó la sentencia Caso N. 22-18-IN que trata sobre la inconstitucionalidad de varias normas del Código Orgánico del Ambiente en relación con los manglares, monocultivos, los derechos de la naturaleza y sobre la regulación del derecho a la consulta previa y a la consulta ambiental, conforme a esto se asegura respetar los derechos de la norma suprema la Constitución de la República del Ecuador. |
