Abstract

Abstract: The present investigation was carried out in order to carry out an analysis of the Objectives Sustainable Development with special emphasis on number 16, which makes reference to peace, justice and solid institutions, the present investigation is justified given that the Sustainable Development Goals are made up of a set of of goals whose purpose is that by the year 2030, we will be in the presence of a planet more balanced, in which there are greater equalities that respect peace, justice, strong institutions, as well as the planet is friendlier in the technologies used to thus benefit the environment and the health of the population. For the materialization of the present investigation, an analysis was carried out of a ruling issued by the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Ecuador, to the purposes of being able to verify that one is in the presence of a social State and of law, that protects the rights and guarantees of the population in general.
