Preferencias académicas de los estudiantes de la carrera de Derecho y su vinculación con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) a través del estudio de sentencias

Abstract

Abstract: The fight for gender equality and the empowerment of women and girls is the fifth sustainable development goal, which has been considered essential for the development of this academic work. Linked to these precepts, judgment No.28-15- IN/21, issued by the Constitutional Court of Ecuador refers to the protection of integrity, in all its forms and non-discrimination. The present study has had as objective to know the factors that come together in the graduate of the Law School of the UTPL to develop preferences for specific areas of legal science and their future specialization in these. In order to comply with the proposed objective, a theoretical - deductive investigation has been used, applying an exegetical method of analysis and synthesis with an exploratory nature to analyze the information obtained and expose the student's perceptions. As a result, the advantages and limitations of the research carried out with the purpose of contributing socially and legally to the professional environment are revealed.
