| Abstract: | Abstract: The present research study seeks to relate Sentence 023-18-SIS-CC, which was issued by the Constitutional Court of Ecuador, dated May 16, 2018, within the framework of its powers determined by the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador, the same as the guarantee of action for breach of judgments; with the Sustainable Development Goal (6), the same one that was proposed by the Global Agenda 2030 and that seeks that the states guarantee all people access to water and the responsible use of water resources. This study also raises some approximations regarding the preferred subject, which is Environmental Law, and its relationship with the rights protected by sentence 023-18-SIS-CC, and the Sustainable Development Goal (6). This study seeks to link the three study variables: sentence 023-18- SIS-CC; Sustainable Development Goal (6) and Environmental Law, with the new trends and in a post-pandemic reality. |
| Description: | Resumen: El presente estudio de investigación busca relacionar la Sentencia 023-18-SIS-CC, que fue emitida por la Corte Constitucional del Ecuador, con fecha de 16 de mayo de 2018, en el marco de sus competencias determinadas por la Constitución de la República del Ecuador, la misma que es la garantía de acción por incumplimiento de sentencias; con el Objetivo de Desarrollo Sostenible (6), el mismo que fue planteado por la Agenda Global 2030 y que busca que los estados garanticen a todas las personas el acceso al agua y el uso responsable de los recursos hídricos. Este estudio además plantea algunas aproximaciones con respecto a la asignatura de preferencia, la misma que es el Derecho Ambiental, y su relación con los derechos tutelados por la sentencia 023-18-SIS-CC, y el Objetivo de Desarrollo Sostenible (6). Con este estudio se busca vincular las tres variables de estudio: sentencia 023-18-SIS CC; Objetivo de Desarrollo Sostenible (6) y el Derecho Ambiental, con las nuevas tendencias y en una realidad post-pandemia. |
