Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to carry out a study of the 17 Objectives of Sustainable Development created by the United Nations Organization in the year 2015, with the aim that by the year 2030 there is an evolution of the world and it is in presence of more just States, which watch over the environment, as well as also for the eradication of diseases that endanger humanity as well as well as poverty, hunger, that there is access to quality justice and that respect human rights. For the development of this research from From the methodological point of view, the qualitative approach was used when analyzing the judicial decision studied, as well as the legal regulations emanating from norms international and national, linked to development goal number 16. In the end, culminates the investigation recommending to the UN the modification of the year 2030 for the materialization of the SDGs due to the multiple complications that have presented worldwide.
