Abstract

Abstract: In this research work, an analysis was developed to Judgment No. 28-19-IN/22 issued by the Constitutional Court of Ecuador corresponding to the constitutionality of Executive Decree No.751 by virtue of the expansion of the Tagaeri Taromenane intangible zone and the reduction of the oil exploitation area in the Yasuní National Park and it´s link with Sustentable Development Goal No.15 "Life of terrestrial ecosystems" which aims The prevention and timely arrest of the degradation of healthy ecosystems and biological diversity that are sources of medicine, shelter, water and food, also includes the violation of the rights to nature and biodiversity. The purpose of this analysis is to articulate practical and theoretical knowledge, creating an experiential experience and measuring the importance of social objectives of global interest in context with the pandemic and its effects. The development of this experience involves a link of planning and evaluation of the social environment of graduates and their preferences in specific areas of legal sciences.
