Abstract

Abstract: In the world, the sustainable development objectives have gained great importance in recent years because they are aimed at promoting the best proposal for policies that allow optimizing the development of the entire society, within these the relevance of meeting the objective of development No. 16, which promotes the importance of promoting inclusion, peace and justice in any area of development. Under this approach, the referential analysis research work was carried out in relation to this objective, it had the objective of determining the elements that contribute so that the graduate in Law from the Private Technical University of Loja optimizes their competences in a specific area and its application in their future professional management. For this, a methodology based on the design of a dialectical and explanatory investigation with an epistemological approach was applied, using the techniques of signing, the study of the sentence and online research, for which the results revealed that there is a breach Sustainable Development Goal No. 16, evidencing that in the STS analyzed the defendant is declared guilty, imputing him with the maximum penalty of deprivation of liberty for a period of 19 years and the restitution of the damage caused to his sexual apparatus as a means to promote justice, peaceful coexistence and inclusion.
