Abstract: The topic of this research is: The academic preferences of high school students the Law career and its connection with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to through the study of sentences. Now, in this research the ODS was analyzed No. 16 that promotes just, peaceful and inclusive societies, and is related to the ruling No. 732-18-JP/20, because the right to personal identity was recognized a person who belonged to the vulnerable group, where the Civil Registry annulled his existence legal, making it impossible for him to exercise his rights in different institutions and the judges of second instance they did not apply any protective action which affected the guardianship effective judicial system, evidencing an excellent interpretation of national norms and a correct motivation of the sentence by Judge Karla Quevedo.
