Abstract

Abstract: The degree project analyzes the skills acquired during training academic and the preferences of law students in the different disciplines, which that will enhance the study programs currently offered and enhance the competencies, skills and methods of applying due process that characterize the norms of society. This investigation was born with the purpose of identifying whether within the sentence issued by the Constitutional Court of Ecuador, a true assessment of the constitutional guarantees with a focus on the constitutional right to legal certainty, and by iura novit curia the right to due process in the guarantee of motivation aspects enshrined and recognized in the current Constitution, depending on the evolution of the rights, principles of application and judicial protection thereof, giving special attention emphasis on due process. The present study establishes an analysis of ruling No. Sentence No. 1000-17-EP/20 regarding the constitutional reality regarding the interpretation and application of the regulations, we worked with SDG No. 16 peace, justice and strong institutions.
