| dc.description | Resumen: La presente investigación acoge de manera integral la protección de los derechos de la naturaleza, tomando como caso de estudio la sentencia No. 1185-20-JP/21 del río Aquepi. Logrando responder al problema planteado mediante un análisis riguroso. Los resultados manifiestan que el río Aquepi es reconocido como sujeto y titular de derechos. La sentencia seleccionada de la Corte Constitucional ha evidenciado la vulneración de estos derechos por la entidad gubernamental, y la secretaria del Agua. Asimismo, la sentencia significa un avance en el fortalecimiento del sistema de administración de justicia, al proteger los derechos, sancionar y restituir los daños que fueron ocasionados. Además, se vincula con el Objetivo de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) Número 15, Vida de Ecosistemas Terrestres, al proporcionar y promover la conservación de los recursos hídricos y gestiones ambientales sostenibles, es importante esta investigación ya que promociona medidas sostenibles y la protección del patrimonio natural del Ecuador. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Abstract: This investigation comprehensively encompasses the protection of the rights of nature, taking as a case study sentence No. 1185-20-JP/21 of the Aquepi River. Managing to respond to the problem posed through a rigorous analysis. The results They state that the Aquepi River is recognized as a subject and holder of rights. Sentence selected from the Constitutional Court has shown the violation of these rights by the government entity, and the Secretary of Water. Likewise, the sentence means a progress in strengthening the justice administration system, by protecting the rights, sanction and restitute the damages that were caused.
