Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this degree work is a study regarding the sustainable development goals, especially SDG 16 Peace, justice and institutions solid structures within which the rights protected by it were addressed, from the scope theoretical to later carry out the analysis of the legal aspects of each one of the plans adopted by the government to guarantee their compliance and of this way to address the 2030 agenda. In addition, a relationship was made between the Flor ruling Freire vs. Ecuador ruled by the Inter-American Court of Human Rights on the 31st August 2016. Where the State of the State was declared internationally responsible. Ecuador for the violation of the right to equality before the law and the prohibition of discrimination, the right to honor and dignity and; of the guarantee of impartiality of SDG 16. The results obtained for this were established, the advantages or limitations of what was investigated, questions are answered, in relation to How this study can contribute socially and legally to improve the social environment and professional.
