Abstract

Abstract: This project has as an innovation a sustainable business model, where it shows the opportunity to cover a need that of proposing solutions regarding sectorized repair and maintenance service where such opportunities exist, be it in the field of construction, plumbing, locksmith, painting and others. This work arises after analyzing the growth of technology and also the informality sector by giving and receiving maintenance and repair services in certain cities of the country, our solution is to create and implement a technological application called RepairGo with easy access to different digital platforms, which will allow people trained and certified through SECAP, in the different branches, to access, register and provide their professional services so that their payments and their deals are fair, and likewise for the contracting persons to guarantee confidence and security when contacting the staff from the comfort of their homes.
