Abstract

Abstract: The present work titled: Academic preferences of students of the career of Law and its connection with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) through the study of sentences ; The sentence that I chose to carry out this socio-legal investigation is Sentence No.1292-19-EP/21, issued by the Constitutional Court of Ecuador, where the judges resolved that there was a violation of the rights of a person with disability, among these rights are: the right to decent work, the right to non- discrimination and the right to equality; linking the sentence with the Objective of Sustainable Development No. 8 Decent Work , whose objective was created to promote the inclusion and decent work for all people. As a general objective of this work has been: to know the factors that come together in the Graduate of the Career of UTPL's right to develop preferences for specific areas of science legal and its future specialization in this area. The methodology applied in this work degree, is the systematic method, the legal-doctrinal review, the method of analysis synthesis and exegetical method.
