Abstract

Abstract: This degree work is based on the analysis of the Development Objectives Sustainable promulgated by the United Nations Organization and the relationship existing with Sentences promulgated by the Ecuadorian state, where these Objectives set and that are mandatory for all states who are part of this Organization, seek the Protection of the Rights of their inhabitants and especially the Girls, who every day are victims of treatment inequalities and victims of violence, and that the application of these are attached to the law Likewise, an analysis of the country's legal regulations is carried out, both in Criminal Law as well as the Human Rights that have been established to Protection of Women's Rights and that allows achieving equality of gender both in the public and private spheres and in this way eradicate Violence and Both men and women exercise their rights without fear and without restrictions. Managing to generate a state that meets the Objectives of the National Plan of development to achieve a harmonious and egalitarian life.
