Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research work is to make known to the Graduates of the Law School of the Private Technical University of Loja the preferences they have for the legal areas of law to have a better direction on the specialization they would like to achieve in their life. It is necessary to mention that in order to solve the problem raised, the Sustainable Development Goal No.16 of the 2030 agenda was mainly obtained as a reference, in the Case "Chañaral Teachers and other Municipalities vs. Chile", since this objective was in line with the needs that arose in the case, additionally to comply with the guidelines of the investigation, an analysis was carried out from different perspectives and will remain doctrinal and legal. Likewise, it is necessary to mention that this research work is divided into four chapters chronologically in order to give order and coherence to the investigation with the aim of presenting a specific and justified case of the solution and the results obtained from it.
