Abstract

Abstract: The present investigation has as a general objective to carry out a bibliographic analysis to determine how sustainable food systems have influenced the fulfillment of food safety, however, for the fulfillment of the same, a qualitative methodology was used that corresponds to a theoretical work not experimental through the collection of bibliographic information that will allow to complement and better understand the tenure of Sustainable Food Systems, among the main results it was possible to determine that it is important to develop sustainable food systems that can guarantee the food security of the populations, this can be achieved through the adoption of sustainable agricultural practices, the promotion of food production systems that are more efficient in the use of natural resources and the reduction of food waste.
