Abstract

Abstract: The present study was carried out on the collaborators who carry out the delivery service within the province of Santa Elena, it begins with the subject under study through theoretical support. The general objective of the research was "Analyze the evolution of the digital economy and its impact on the labor market of delivery companies in the province of Santa Elena during the covid-19 pandemic." At present, technology has formed a main part for consumers as well as for companies, which allows benefits and opportunities that include the sale of products and services online quickly and safely through the digital economy, in the same way In this way, the labor market allows finding the supply and demand of work where labor services and their skills are established, which allows guaranteeing a remuneration for carrying out various tasks and functions for individual and social economic growth. The research study was quantitative and qualitative because statistics were used for the analysis of the data, the same tools such as surveys were applied to the collaborators dedicated to the delivery service to know first-hand all the corresponding information. In order to present the precise results, the methodology to be used was of an exploratory type that allowed knowing and analyzing the problems and their possible solutions. Finally, a discussion of the investigation is established in addition to the conclusions and recommendations that allow our work to be directed to the common benefit of the interested parties.
