Abstract

Abstract: Social justice is another way to refer to peace. Far from the belief that there is no war, peace is the active realization of diverse forms of justice and equity in all social relationships. That's why the law aims to regulate these activities to seek harmony, security, justice, and peace. Over time, it has adapted to the reality of each society, each state, whose authorities have established the authority to govern their norms, some of which describe certain behaviors considered harmful to legal goods in this society. The paper analyzes the challenges and achievements in the implementation of SDG 16 in different contexts, focusing on the strengthening of legal systems. The importance of transparent and responsible governance is emphasized, as well as the need to guarantee respect for human rights and equal access to justice. The study also identifies pending obstacles and challenges, such as lack of resources and resistance to change.
