Preferencias académicas de los estudiantes de la carrera de Derecho y su vinculación con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) a través del estudio de sentencias

Abstract

Abstract: In order to obtain an analysis of the Sustainable Development Goal 16, in accordance with real sentences where the Ecuadorian regulations can be reviewed, using the competences of the preferred subject that is Constitutional Law, the present work has been carried out, in which Research methods with critical objectives have been used to determine if the aforementioned competencies of the chosen subject fulfill the function and are sufficient to solve real legal problems. Taking into account that SDG 16 refers to specific rights such as consolidating Peace, achieving Justice and obtaining an adequate administration, proposing solid and efficient Institutions, a study of the background, fines, obstacles and current situation is carried out, including a description of the suggestions that Covid 19 has had in the intention of capturing the fulfillment of the rights protected by the ODS of study, in relation to the sentence chosen and the subject of preference. All this leads to the corresponding conclusions on the subject of the investigative work, and in turn to propose the pertinent recommendations.
