Abstract

Abstract: Within this degree work an analysis perspective is presented to understand the relationship between the sustainable development goal number sixteen, based on the seventeen sustainable development goals approved by the United Nations, the objective of this goal aims to promote just, peaceful and inclusive societies, thus generating the integration of a system where there is peace, justice and strong institutions within Ecuador; it also has the relationship to the judgment issued by the National Court of Justice No.17721-2017-0212 and the Ecuadorian legislation, as the purpose is to present the fulfillment of this objective in relation to the aforementioned sentence and especially if the legislation is promoting and promoting the main objectives of the Sustainable Development Goal number sixteen. Additionally, the progress in terms of Ecuadorian legislation on the crime of money laundering is detailed, such as the Law to repress money laundering in Ecuador and consequently the Organic Criminal Code, which were studied based on the ruling issued by the National Court of Justice.
