Abstract

Abstract: This degree work, entitled "Academic preferences of students of the Law School and its link with the Sustainable Development Goals (ODS) through the study of judgments", which is to analyze in a critical and legal way the selected judgment in Civil matters for collection of money through the appeal for cassation, issued by the National Court of Justice of Ecuador in connection with the Sustainable Development Goal (ODS) No. 16. The goal, called "peace, justice and strong institutions", which has great importance in promoting strong, fair, inclusive and respectful institutions, without neglecting the constant support of governments, working together with civil society and communities to implement lasting solutions that reduce violence, injustice, corruption and ensure inclusive participation at all times; otherwise a society without these practices and that do not operate under the law are prone to arbitrariness and abuse of power.
