Abstract

Abstract: The present investigation entitled The management of human talent and the labor performance of the workers of the company G4S SECURE SOLUTIONS ECUADOR CIA. LTDA, in the canton of Cuenca, Province of Azuay in the year 2022-2023, has the objective of analyzing the management of human talent and the work performance of the company's workers, the elements related to the management of human talent and job performance, applying a non-experimental, transactional and descriptive methodology, an interview is applied to the human talent area, finding an alliance with the company CEFROSEG for the training and recruitment service, the test was also applied to 220 employees of the company obtaining as a result that there are shortcomings in the recruitment part and the personnel retention system, it can be optimized through actions for an adequate management of human talent and the labor performance of the workers divided into subsystems of provision, organization / HR employment, retention, people development and HR audit.
