Abstract

Abstract: This degree work addresses research into the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), where its background, progress and obstacles to its fulfillment are observed, specifically analyzes SDG No. 8, which promotes inclusive economic growth and sustainable, employment and decent work for all. On the other hand, it exposes the expressions of various authors and legal regulations on the rights protected by SDG 8 as They are: the right to work, free association and the Right of participation. Likewise, it carries out a thorough study of the sentence for the termination of the contract, issued by the National Court of Justice, where the appellant files the appeal. In this project, the methodology used for its correct development is evident, the results in Based on the questions posed about their aspirations as future professionals, the innovations and perspectives of Corporate Law in the context of COVID-19, the public policies implemented by the Ecuadorian government for compliance with the SDG No. 8 and personal perceptions of the ruling on the violation of rights.
