Abstract

Abstract: In the present Degree Project, it seeks to establish the relationship of the preferred subjects, with the choice sentence and the Sustainable Development Goal that protects the violated rights, considered in said sentences, in order to carry out an analysis based on the competences that the subject chosen as a preference brings to the student. All this research allows us to establish how the preferences of law students help to solve legal problems of reality and likewise gives the guidelines so that the graduates of the Career can support what they would like to specialize in to the exercise of the professional career or where they want to direct their work preferences. In turn, the present work provides information to the community on the legal paths that can be taken in the face of the violation of human and constitutional rights, helping the jurist in training to acquire knowledge through the different investigations that are involved. the theoretical content of the document and the need to exercise critical thinking in legal analysis.
