Abstract: This report consists of a study and analysis of the Sustainable Development Goals SDG, being a total of 17 objectives, however, in this case SDG 16 has been the selected. SDG 16 Promote just, peaceful and inclusive societies aims to purpose to end inequality in society, provide opportunities to everyone without discrimination, this objective is linked to the selected sentencing case and the subject Labor law, given that the central issue of the case deals with labor inequality that has Nadia Carpio was a victim, because her right to special protection for women pregnant and breastfeeding women was violated by the BNF at the end of their occasional contract without taking into account their labor rights, as well as their rights to due process in the guarantee of motivation, by the judges of the Second Chamber of Civil, Commercial, Tenancy and Residual Matters of the Provincial Court of Justice of the Guayas by not giving due importance to the present case, with the victim belonging to the priority care group, for being a woman and pregnant.
