Abstract

Abstract: The present research work corresponds to the analysis of the principle of the problem that entails in crime abuse of trust, and we link with the Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs) and will mainly analyze the importance of the objectives and especially focus on Goal 16 which consists of: Promote just, peaceful and inclusive societies (Peace , Justice , and strong institutions) in which we will review at first the history of the creation of the MDG (Millennium Development Goal ) and how it changes to SDG (Sustainable Development Goals). In the process it is proposed to conduct a study of the lawsuit chosen to review the direct procedure established in our procedural system, doctrinal, legal research aimed at verifying the incidence caused in the public and private sector by the crime of breach of trust. This work is divided into four chapters, made up of topics and subtopics, as follows: Chapter one is: The referential framework, problem statement, problem formulation, justification. Chapter two consists of: the theoretical framework, background, problem statement, research design. Chapter three is followed by the results and analysis of results, while chapter four contains the conclusions, recommendations and bibliographical sources supporting the research.
